toy story on blu ray Toy Story 1 & 2 Movie Deals

Toy Story 1 & 2 are releasing on DVD and Blu-Ray tomorrow (3/23), so here are some coupons and deals to help you out!

Disney Movie Rewards has $5 coupons available here.  However, if you already own either of these movies on DVD or VHS and have the UPC code, you can add that code to your Disney Movie Rewards account HERE, and get $10 off Blu-Ray coupons!  I have both of these movies on VHS, so I am excited about the $10 coupons!  Here are some deals with the $10 coupon:

Toys R Us -

$16.99 each when you buy both Toy Story and Toy Story 2 on Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack. Use 2 $10 off coupons. Total: $13.98 for both ($6.99 ea).

Target –

$22.99 each plus $10 off instantly when you buy both movies in Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack. Use 2 $10 off coupons. Total: $15.98 for both ($7.99 ea).

Best Buy –

$24.99 each plus $10 off instantly when you buy both movies in Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack. Use 2 $10 off coupons. Total: $19.98 for both ($9.99 ea).

Remember to look for the ones that have the free movie tickets in them to see Toy Story 3 in theaters (they should have something on them that says that).

Thanks Couponing to Disney!

They took the Princess and Frog printable coupon because it was in their ad but I did ask them if they will take the Toy Story one and they said no. So what I did was I did put down the deposit for the $10 down got home and called the store to double check if they would accept the coupon from the Disney website and they said no they dont take them anymore so I asked them if I could return to the store and get my $10 back and go buy it at Target. Mind you I did get the $15 off the Princess and Frog. When I returned to the store to get my $10 back they didnt say anything about the $15 fromt he princess and frog movie. So I wil go get it from Target. Sorry Toys R Us. I hope other people are able to use their coupons let me know!

I work @ a toys r us and we took/take all coupons for the toys story deal… They are manufacturers coupons meaning the store doesn’t lose any money from it they have to turn in the coupons to get it from the manufacturer. This is also why the customer still has to pay the sales tax of the entire purchase ($37.12 when you buy both from toys r us) so when you use 2 $5 coupons and 2 $10 coupons you get $30 off and pay $7.12 for both

If you run over to TRU today and pre-order both combo packs, you will get a disney movie of your choice that’s $19.99 for FREE…I picked up the princess & the frog last night with my $10 pre-order payment!

I guess I’ll try there first tomorrow then! Target is right near my TRU and so if they don’t take printable coupons, I’ll just head to Target. Thanks Crystal for the info about the $10 coupons! I just got mine off the DMC website.

ok im confused with my rebates for princess and the frog???? is the proof of purchase the upc barcode one is on the plastic one on the back cover or is it the two little tiny tags over the barcode on the back cover that say proof of purchase a & b? they arent barcodes themselves and usually i consider barcode pop????? which do i mail in for the bandaid / success rice rebates?

I believe it’s those tiny tags that say proof of purchase.

I’m sure disney realizes this, but UPC codes for specific products can be found online by searching something like “toy story vhs upc”.

Ok so I just picked up the movies I pre ordered last nigh at TRU I had printed the $5. off coupon and also borrowed my neighbors old DVD boxes and the UPC code to print out the $10.00 coupon I told the cashier I wasn’t sureif they woul let me use both but asked her to try it anyway it did my total today was .00 due and last night I had put $5.00 down on both got Sleeping Beauty and a Jewlery Box for free. TRU will let you go back and use your coupons within 48hrs if you “didn’t have it with you at time of purchase” so 3 movies 2 of which were blue ray dvd combos and a jewlery box for 10.00.

I price matched the $16.99 from TRU at target today, used the 2 $10 IP, and got the $10 off instantly. Only $3.98 plus tax for both movies.

I live in Jax, FL and I just called both of my TRU locations and they both said that they are accepting the coupons, BUT OP location is out of Toy Story 2, but are hoping to get more in tonight or in the morning. AND I called Target and they DO price match, you just have to take the ad in with you to guest services. Just thought I would let everyone know what I found out! I saw a commercial last night for a $5 coupon and missed the website, so I did a search and found this site, EVEN BETTER! I am a member of DMR and we already have the regular DVD’s and I planned on getting the blu rays, but how awesome to get them for $7! Thanks SO much for the great deal and info!

I bought them at The Disney Store today: $24.99 each less the internet coupons PLUS they gave me a $20 coupon good on any purchase of $20 or more (expires 4/6) AND four Exclusive Disney pins (Buzz, Woody, Jesse, and an Alien). Great Deal!!

I just got home from TRU – I had put a deposit of $5 for each down a few weeks ago and you have to bring the card back with you. They scanned the wrong item on the card and it CHARGED me an extra $5 per movie this time. I thought the total was wrong but didn’t know for sure until I got back here and re-checked my receipt. Grr, another trip to TRU to fix it…

I got both Toy Story DVDs at Toys R Us today and paid $1.99 for each. They were $16.99 each if you bought both, and I had a $5 and a $10 coupon for each and they let me use all four of my coupons.

Normally you should only use one manufacturer coupon per item. That was nice of them to let you use two, but I wouldn’t recommend you do that again as it isn’t a legitimate way to use coupons. I’m sure you didn’t know, but I just want to make sure you understand how coupons work for next time. :)

LOL I wish I would have done my homework better – I used the 4 coupons too — but it was actually a better deal to do the Toys R Us Price Match Thing that the one lady mentioned up above. Oh well. I wound up paying about $3.00 more than she did. I guess it pays to look at every option. Because I upgraded mine and had the $10.00 off Coupons as well. :) Still a great buy at 2 combo packs for less than $7.00.
