Not that this doesn’t happen from time to time, but I never received my rebate from last year. Of course when I called to follow-up, the deadline had passed and they explained they’re not responsible for lost or misplaced forms. Very disappointing! If you participate, I encourage you to submit as early as you can so that you have time to follow-up.

Yeah, with Habro you need to stay on top of your rebates. It is pretty shaddy. I have NEVER gotten my rebates without calling. I give it 1 week past 6 weeks and then I am on the phone with them complaining and they say that it is processing. Magically, it shows up 2 days later with a postmark the day I called. Hmmm….

I have had to do this with all 4 of the rebates I have ever sent to them.

So be sure to keep scans of your rebates and mark the date you mailed and the date you should receive.

Thanks for the advice on following up with Hasbro – I don’t think I ever received my rebate from last year :(
