With fall fast approaching, it won’t be long before we start getting those random sniffles. While vapor rubs can be great to help with breathing, many of them available at the store are filled with petroleum and other chemicals. That’s why it is great to make your own at home.

Homemade Vapor Rub Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 TB of olive oil
  • 5 drops of Eucalyptus Oil
  • 5 drops of Peppermint Oil
  • 1 drop of Thyme Oil

Directions:

Mix ingredients together, and rub on your chest. Avoid getting any in the eyes.
