When congestion keeps your loved ones from breathing comfortably, try running a long, steamy shower.  Toss in one of these shower disks and inhale the soothing vapors of essential oils of eucalyptus, rosemary and lavender.  You don’t even have to get in the shower for this to work.

These disks are great in conjunction with homemade vapor rub or for those who cannot use the rub due to sensitive skin.
