This is a great/perfect idea for a giveaway. My husband and I have a renewed commitment for consuming only whole foods after I experienced what I believe to have been an aspartame reaction – today! We have a veggie garden and enjoy eating from it daily. I decided today to “treat” myself to some sugar-free jelly beans. Later I had a diet coke. My stomach cramps were so severe and these candy and drink I believe were to blame. No more SF consumption (I did not do much to begin with) and on to even more whole foods. A Vitamix would be a tremendous help!

Everytime we see the vitamix demo my daughters run towards it and watch the entire show from start to finish. They have even included it on their christmas list the last two years. Hope we win, its the only way we can ever afford it.

some mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
handful of arugula
handful of baby spinach
BEST if blended in a vita-mix blender which, sadly I don’t have and can’t afford because I am an artist (happy and healthy).

Perfect timing! Just yesterday my blender died mid-blend, forcing me to forgo the ‘smoothie’ and try to consume a ‘chunky’ for breakfast. Nothing like eating banana while drinking blended strawberries and flaxseeds. Let’s just say this event clogged up my smoothie/juice fast that I was in the middle of.
