The RR isn’t printing (at least at my store) for the Renu. They told me they were working on it and I could either have it mailed to me in 6-8 wks or wait for them to call me to come back in later in the week to get my RR after it was fixed. Anyone else have this happen? I’m new to shopping WAGS.
It did that to me before but it was on toothpaste, when i checked out my RR didn’t print so the cashier asked the manager why didn’t print RR..so what the manager did,he gave me a Walgreens store gift card equivalent to my RR.Sometimes they said it happened maybe it got knockout from their register thats why its not printing.Honestly, you should asked the manager if you could get a store credit since RR didn’t print and show to them the ad that shows you’re supposed to get $8 RR.Just do it nicely and politely,bring the product, receipt and the ad and explain to them cause of what they just said they might not honor it after 6-8 weeks…let’s play in the safe side,thats why we want to shop there because of their RR and take advantage of it…Hope you will get your RR….Good luck!!..Hope this would help!
Carolyn – Any time a RR doesnt print for me, if the manager wont find a way to return the RR amount to me (by making an RR print, putting it on a gift card or giving me cash) I immediately return the item. I’ve never had good luck having the RR mailed afterwards.
