I know that spring is one long month away but this door decoration gets me in the mood to welcome the blooms and the bees.  This DIY project is really an inspiration to make your front door welcoming without the hassle or expense of a complicated wreath.  See how this was made here.

I think this is an excellent way to repurpose an old or broken umbrella.  You can really personalize the look with flowers from your own garden.  What a great idea for the host of a baby or bridal shower!
