Recently I had the opportunity to get a Value Tour at Whole Foods Market. They gave me a gift card, and challenged me to see if I could prepare a one week meal plan for around a $100…. for a family of four, no less!! Impossible? Man, I was so ready for this challenge! So much so, that I took it a step further, and challenged myself to see if I could do an ORGANIC meal plan for $100.

And you know what? I did it! I was able to plan organic and healthy breakfasts, lunches AND dinners for $111.35 total at Whole Foods Market.  You can go back and see how I did it on my Whole Foods Organic Meal Plan post.
